Legacy Heritage is embarking on Cohort 3 of an 16-month program for a select group of Jewish day schools in the United States to work with outstanding experts on core sustainability markers
Selected schools will receive:
Up to 72 hours of coaching and mentoring
A $20,0000 consulting grant to enhance any of the core sustainability areas.
The opportunity to apply for a 2:1 matching grant of $250,000 to be used for capacity building to ensure long-term sustainability.
Virtual seminars and retreats where teams will gather to build strong professional cohorts.
IDEAS is a 16-month customized professional development program that teaches school leadership teams to engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication informed by Jewish values, in areas key to long-term financial and enrollment sustainability.
Possess a solid reputation in their communities and desire to improve their infrastructure for sustainability.
Minimum enrollment of 200 students for all grades, excluding pre-school
Staffing in the following areas: Head of School; Principal (or other Chief Educational Officer); marketing/communications; admissions or enrollment management; finance
Accreditation by the commission serving the school’s region
Prioritization of school needs to support and address each school’s unique core challenges
Grant to address specific school needs
1:2 match for funds raised on a capacity-building project
